SHIPPING

Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day, signature required. Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure address - once the package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

International orders are shipped with DHL and typically arrive within 3-4 business days depending on the international destination. The customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with the tracking information. SDJ is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transportation.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All SDJ items are final sale. Custom orders that include engraving and any orders (including all rings) that require personal sizing cannot be returned or exchanged. Otherwise, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange it. SDJ does not accept any returns. Exchanges can be made on all unworn jewelry within 5 days of receipt. SDJ is not responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

If you have any concerns, please request additional photos of vintage items before placing an order. We will do our best to provide the most accurate information on a piece before it is sold. All assessments and statements are based on our best evaluation, but cannot be guaranteed.
